Christopher Rosales received his Bachelor of Arts in Photocommunications from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.  He began his career in New York City assisting American photographer Elizabeth Heyert on her controversial monograph of post-mortem portraits, The Travelers (2004). He spent two years living in Barcelona, Spain learning photography production before returning to New York as a full-time producer in 2009. He completed the (Albert) Maysles Documentary Center's Filmmakers Collaborative Studio in 2013. Originally from Houston, Texas, he now lives in Brooklyn, New York, where he works as a still photographer and camera operator.  

He recently operated camera on Director Danny Sangra's debut feature film Goldbricks In Bloom (2015).
